Peder Christian Jeppesen, known as Neerup, is a Danish pipemaker living in Lejre, near Roskilde. He has been making pipes for nearly 25 years, starting with Karl Erik Ottendahl and then with Erik Nørding, from whom he learned all aspects of the craft. Jeppesen always dreamed of creating pipes under his own name, a dream that came true when he acquired machinery from the closed Georg Jensen factory.

His pipes are made from briar from Corsica, Greece, and Morocco, with stems made of black acrylic, Cumberland, or amber. He focuses on the proportions and balance of the pipes, ensuring high smoking quality through meticulous design. Jeppesen dedicates time to creating unique decorations using 925 sterling silver, exotic woods, and artistic amber.

In addition to making pipes, Jeppesen finds inspiration in rock music, fishing, running, and cycling. He works as an independent pipemaker, honoring the legacy of his mentors and offering affordable, high-quality pipes that have gained recognition in the United States and Japan.
